海洋产业结构对山东省海洋经济的影响研究

Research on the Effect of Marine Industrial Structure on the Marine Economy in Shandong Province

山东省作为海洋经济大省,具有发展海洋经济的诸多有利条件,海洋经济发展潜力巨大。本文首先利用Eviews6.0软件对海洋经济发展与区域经济生产总值以及沿海城市地区生产总值的关系进行实证分析,研究发现:尽管海洋经济与地区经济发展之间存在长期均衡关系,但海洋经济对区域经济带动作用不强。随后,文章对山东省海洋产业作了研究,利用灰色关联理论分析海洋三产与海洋经济之间的关联度,并运用产业结构变动指标反映海洋产业结构变化特点,揭示了海洋产业结构存在不平衡问题,并提出相应对策建议,以更好地实现山东省海陆经济的统筹发展。

As a big province of marine economy, Shandong has several advantages and huge potential in developing marine economy. The paper uses the software of Eviews6.0 to do an empirical analysis on the relationship between the marine economic development and the total output value of regional economy as well as the total output value of coastal area. Then the study finds that, although there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between marine economy and regional economic development, the marine economy plays a lesser role in bringing along the regional economic development. So the paper used the grey correlation theory to analyze the correlation between marine three industries and marine economy, as well as three indicators to reflect the change characteristic of marine industrial structure. The result of analysis reveals that there exist several problems in the marine industrial structure. At last, policy suggestions are given to help promote the overall development of Shandon province.
