视网膜术后多功能康复车在眼科玻璃体术后体位护理中的应用

The Application on Home Made Frame of Postoperative Rehabilitation in the Body Position of Nursing Care of Vitreous Body Postoperative on Ophthalmology

目的探讨视网膜术后多功能康复车在视网膜脱离,玻璃体切割眼内填充术后体位护理中的应用效果。方法采用国产全氟丙烷或者硅油注入玻璃体腔治疗视网膜脱离的患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组。术后实验组用视网膜术后多功能康复车协助患者采取俯卧位或低头坐位,辅以音乐疗法。对照组则用马蹄垫或软枕协助俯卧位或低头坐位,比较两组术后患者情况。结果实验组患者术后每天低头坐位时间,眼部并发症,全身并发症发生情况,患者心理感觉,护理满意度情况与对照组相比有明显差异,均优于对照组。结论康复车帮助患者采取被迫体位,患者配合良好,有较好的临床效果,可减轻患者的不适症状,减少术后并发症的发生,提高手术的成功率。

Objective To explore the homemade frame of postoperative rehabilitation of retina in retinal detachment, and the applicative effect in the nursing care of postoperative body position after vitreous cutting intraocular filling. Method The sujectS are 60 patients who are suffered from retinal detachment cured by domestic perfluorinated propane, or glass body cavity or silicone oil injection in the treatment, which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Postoperative experimental group were adopted homemade frame of postoperative rehabilitation to help patients taking a prone position or bowing their heads and sitting, and accompanied by music therapy, while the control group were used horseshoe mat or soft pillow to assist the prone position or head sitting. Then compared the postoperative rehabilitation of the two groups. Results There are significant differences between the two groups. Compared with the control group, the head down sitting time every day, the ocular complications, the condition of the systemic complications, the psychological feeling of the postoperative patients, the satisfaction degree of the nursing care in experimental group were much better. Conclusion The homemade frame of postoperative rehabilitation help the patients to take forced postures, and the patients cooperated well, which has good clinical effect, and can reduce the patient＇s uncomfortable symptoms, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and can improve the successful rate of the surgery.
