The paper is analyzed the rationality and advancement of Shen Jiaben＇s rule of law reform road that is combined the Chinese and the West, then deduced and explored its superiority step-by-step. Shen＇s thoughts and ideals of rule of law reform are fully recognized and the point of view that Shen＇s though s did not transcend his time and class limitations is refuted.
