The 21st century is the era of rapid development of computer information technology, and the internet has entered the people＇s all aspects of the work and life. The paper is analyzed the importance of the internet on higher vocational journal running. The functions that the paper preliminary examination, the selected topic plan, the authors of manuscripts, and selecting experts are provided. The suggestions that the introduction of editorial system as soon as possible, launching first published way, deeping web data mining, doing web design and so on, are put ,in order to make use of internet resources, have certain reference significance for journals in higher vocational colleges.
