54例泌尿外科患者尿路感染的具体原因与临床护理分析

The Concrete Reason and Clinical Nursing of Patients with Urinary Infection Department of Urology Path Analysis of 54 Cases

目的分析泌尿外科患者发生尿路感染的原因,对其进行护理所取得的临床效果。方法在我院进行治疗的泌尿外科患者54例,分为两组,观察组与对照组各27例,对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者行全面护理,对两组患者的尿路感染发生率进行比较。结果比较两组患者的尿路感染发生率,对照组中患者的发生率为37.0%,观察组中患者的感染率为7.4%,两组患者之间差异明显;对其尿路感染发生原因进行分析,主要包括操作不当、器械检查以及长时间留置导尿管与自身疾病。结论导致发生尿路感染的因素有很多,在临床上对患者行全面护理,能够有效降低尿路感染发生率,并且能够使患者满意率得到有效提高。

Objective To analyze the reason of urological surgical patients with urinary tract infection, on the nursing of the clinical effect. Methods 54 patients with the treatment in our hospital uropoiesis surgical department, divided into two groups, the observation group and control group in the 27 cases, control group patients with routine nursing care, observation group of patients with comprehensive nursing, the incidence of urinary tract infection in patients with two groups were compared. Results Compare two groups of patients the incidence of urinary tract infection, the incidence of patients in the control group was 37.0%, the patient＇s infection rate was 7.4% in observation group and the contrast between the two groups of patients; Urinary tract infections occur on the reason analysis, mainly including improper operation, equipment inspection and detaining urethral catheter for a long time with their disease. Conclusion There are many factors that can causing a urinary tract infection, line comprehensive nursing care to patients in clinic, can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary tract infections, and can effectively improve patient satisfaction.
