Evaluation of the Clinical Efficacy of Tulobuterol Tape in the Control of Acute Asthmatic Pneumonia in Infants

摘要目的观察妥洛特罗贴剂治疗儿童喘憋性肺炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法选择喘憋性肺炎急性发作患儿80例,在常规治疗基础上加用妥洛特罗贴剂,每次1片(0.5 mg),每日1次,记录给药5 d内患儿一般情况、临床症状及体征变化。结果给药5 d内,患儿一般状况、喘息及肺部啰音等临床症状和体征逐渐得到改善,显效26例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率为91.7%。治疗期间无1例患者出现不良反应。结论妥洛特罗贴剂治疗儿童喘憋性肺炎急性发作疗效显著安全,不良反应少。 Objective To observe the clinical of the tulobuterol patch in treating Infants with Asthmatic pneumonia. Methods Eighty clinically diagnosed Infants with acute Asthmatic pneumonia were given conventional therapy and Tulobuterol tape 0.5 mg once daily. The changes in general state, clinical symptoms and signs of acute Asthmatic pneumonia Infants with in five days were observed and recorded. Then the degree of clinical remission was analyzed. Results Within five days, the general status, wheezing and pulmonary rales and other clinical symptoms and signs gradually improved.26 Infants were markedly effective, 7 infants were effective, 3 infants were ineffective, the total effective rate was 91.7%. There were not any adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion Tulobuterol tape can effectively control the acute Asthmatic pneumonia in Infants, and it has advantages of good compliance and effect, and few adverse reactions. The treatment with Tulobuterol tape in Infants with acute Asthmatic pneumonia proves to be safe and effective.
