耐高温黏土防膨剂制备与基本性能 被引量:6

摘要 黏土防膨剂是压裂液体系中不可缺少的核心添加剂,其作用是能够有效抑制黏土膨胀、增加地层渗透率、提高原油采出率、防止黏土微粒运移,因此具有广阔的应用前景。研究以浓盐酸、三甲胺为主原料,合成了有机铵盐正离子,并加入长链脂肪酸酯,在一定温度下复合无机盐氯化钾,制备出黏土防膨材料。通过红外光谱、热重/差热分析、X射线衍射等对其结构进行表征,并对黏土防膨材料的基本性能进行了研究。结果表明,当浓盐酸与三甲胺的质量比较大时,产品防膨效果较好,且具有很好的耐高温性。将防膨材料以25%的质量分数配制成防膨剂,当防膨剂质量分数为2%时,防膨率达94.6%,该产品具有良好的防膨效果。 Clay anti-swelling agent,as an essential core additive for fracturing fluid system possessed many excellent and distinctive characteristics:such as the effect of inhibition of clay swelling,improving formation permeability,preventing particle migration and improving oil recovery,therefore it had broad application prospects in this field.In the study,clay anti-swelling material was synthesized by concentrated hydrochloride acid,trimethylamine,long chain fatty acid eater,then compound with inorganic salt at a certain temperature.The clay anti-swelling material was characterized by infrared spectrum,X ray diffraction and thermal weight/differential thermal analysis,furthermore,the properties of products were also studied.The results show that the effect of anti-swelling is better when the mass ratio of concentrated hydrochloride acid and trimethylamine is higher,and this clay anti-swelling material shows good temperature resistance.The anti-swelling agent is prepared by 25% clay anti-swelling material.When the mass fraction anti-swelling agent is 2%,the anti-swelling rate is up to 94.6%,which shows that this clay anti-swelling agent has good effect.
