摘要
针对海上油田注聚井堵塞问题,以进一步完善海上油田注聚井解堵增注技术系列为目的,详细介绍了海上油田解堵增注技术应用现状,通过对比分析不同解堵增注措施,找出了前期解堵增注措施存在的问题,并结合国内外解堵技术现状及海上油田的特征,提出了适宜海上油田的解堵增注新技术。海上油田前期解堵措施以单一酸液、强氧化剂、生物酶解堵为主,在应用中存在单一酸液处理效果不佳,强氧化剂存在腐蚀性和安全性、解堵有效期短、对复合堵塞物解堵效果不佳等问题,阐述了物理化学复合解堵技术及化学解堵增注技术在海上油田应用的新进展。
To solve the problems of blocking in polymer injection wells and further perfecting the technologic series of blockage removing and augmented injection in offshore oilfields,the situation of technological application of blocking removal and augmented injection in offshore oilfields was extensively introduced.Comparative analysis was made for different blocking removal and augmented injection measures,the previous problems were analyzed and summarized.Combined with domestic and foreign status of blocking removal technology and the features of offshore oilfields,a new solution of blocking removal and stimulation technology suitable for offshore oilfields was proposed.The preliminary blocking removing measures are mainly single acid,strong oxidizing agents and biological enzyme treatment.There are problems such as ineffective,corrosive and security issues of single acid treatment,short period of validity,and the poor effect of blockage removing and other issues in the application of strong oxidizing agents.The states the new progress of the physical and chemical compound blocking removal technology and chemical blocking removal stimulation technology applied in offshore oil field are also denoted.
