乌干达湖上K油田防砂参数设计及优化试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对乌干达湖上K油田的出砂可能性和临界生产压差分析,发现储层2C的出砂可能性较大,且在其初始生产压差小于2.5M Pa地层才不会出砂。为了建立其有效防砂体系,在对K油田区块储层物性(粒度分析和矿物组分分析)分析的基础上进行初步的防砂设计,并结合室内防砂模拟试验装置进行不同精度的优质筛管与防砂组合方式的模拟试验,相应提出了使用250μm的优质筛管+10~30目砾石充填的防砂措施,并将其试验产量与现场的配产进行对比,发现其可以完全满足于现场的防砂要求。 Through the analysis of sand production possibility and critical pressure difference of K Oilfield in the Ugandan lake,it was found out that there was a greater possibility of sand production in Reservoir 2C,and sand was produced when initial production pressure difference was less than 2.5MPa.In order to establish its effective sand control system,on the basis of analyzing the physical property(analyses of partical size and mineral composition)of K Oilfield apreliminary sand control is designed,an laboratory sand simulation device is used for a simulation with screening tube and sand control combination with different accuracies,the corresponding measures are proposed by using 250μm premium screens and 10~30mesh of gravel size,and trial production rate is compared with production allocation in the oilfield,it is found out that it can fully meet the sand control requirements in the oilfield.
