摘要
结合冀东油田实际生产情况,采用“瓶试法”研究了酸化返排液对原油乳状液破乳脱水的影响。试验结果表明,单一与混合酸化返排液都大大降低了原油脱水效率,同时筛选出满足外输要求的破乳剂;对单一酸化返排液筛选出破乳剂C‐1(返排液G104‐5P30,破乳剂选取C‐2),原油破乳脱水率为92%~96%;对混合酸化解堵液筛选出破乳剂YJ‐1和YJ‐5,原油破乳脱水率为92%~94%。
Combined with the actual production of Jidong Oilfield,the method of'bottle test'was applied to study the effects of acidized flowback fluid on demulsification and dehydration of crude oil emulsion.The results show that the both the single and mixed acidizing flowback fluids greatly reduce the efficiency of crude oil dehydration,by which demulsifier can be selected to meet the requirement of export:for the demulsifier C-1(C-2 is chosen for G104-5P30 flowback fluid)chosen by the single acidizing flowback fluid,the rate of demulsification and dehydration of crude oil is 92%~96%;for the demulsifiers YJ-1and YJ-5chosen by mixed acidizing flowback fluid,the rate of demulsification and dehydration of crude oil is 92%~94%.
