研究了一种带标准补心的气动卡瓦,它由卡瓦座、气缸、活塞杆、卡瓦体、支撑盘、配气座、销轴及气路管线构成。两块卡瓦座通过铰链连接为一个整体,内部装有4个气缸,气缸的活塞杆上装有支撑盘,支撑盘下面装有卡瓦体,卡瓦体置于卡瓦座内。该气动卡瓦采用全内置式气缸气路结构,解决了外置气路设备易损坏的问题,卡紧钻杆时工作面基本与钻台面平齐,方便液压大钳的使用。其卡瓦座适用于标准补心,如需进行不同规格的钻杆起下钻作业可以通过更换不同规格的卡瓦体来实现,卸下卡瓦体后能满足使用手提式卡瓦非正常情况作业,实现了钻井气动卡瓦的多功能性,使用安全可靠。

A pneumatic slip with standard bushing was studied,which was composed of a slip seat,pneumatic cylinder,piston rod,slip body,support plate,valve base,pin shaft and pneumatic pipeline.The two slip seats were connected into a whole through a hinge,and there were four cylinders equipped inside and a support plate was placed on the piston rod of each cylinder,a slip body was installed below it,and the slip body was placed inside its seat.The pneumatic slip had built-in pneumatic cylinder structure,by which the problem of easy damage of external pneumatic equipment was solved and its working surface was basically parallel with derrick floor surface that can provide the convenience of using hydraulic tongs.The slip seat is suitable for standard bushing,if the tripping operation of drill pipes of different specifications is required,it can be implemented by changing different types of slip bodies.When the slip body is unload,the portable slip is able to be used in the abnormal operation,thus it can realize the versatility of drilling pneumatic slip and ensure the safe and reliable operations.
