摘要 SERVA ACM-V固井作业监测系统是采用最新的计算机控制技术,适用于高能循环混合固井作业的自动控制系统。它是在SERVA ACM-III和SERVA ACM-IV的基础上开发、研制而成。该控制系统能够根据工艺流程自动启动/停止清水泵、循环泵、干灰计量阀等,并自动将密度和液位控制系统设置为自动控制状态,多种数据管理方式进行存储与记录,在很大程度上简化了操作过程。SERVA ACM-V系统采用电喷发动机和电控传动箱,并配置了完备的网络通讯部件,具有稳定安全的保障措施,其模拟功能可用于操作员培训和系统功能测试。 The SERVA ACM-ⅤV monitoring system for cementing operation was the latest computer-controlled technology,it was suitable for an automatic control system of high energy circulated mixed cementing operation.It was researched and developed based on SERVA ACM-Ⅲand SERVA ACM-Ⅳ.The system can be used for automatically starting and shutting down the fresh water pump,circulating pump and meter valve of dry cement,setting the density and fluid level control system in automatic control,data could be stored and recorded in multi-management modes,the operation process was simplified to a certain extent.Electric fuel Injection(EFI)engine and electric control transmission box are used in the SERVA ACM-V monitoring system and complete network communication components are supplied,stable and safe measures are also provided,its simulation function can be used for operator training and testing for the system.
