摘要
RCM是一种针对关键设备的关键组件 (部件 )设置维修活动的系统化方法。RCM能够识别实用且有效的维修工作以防止这些关键部件的主要故障原因发展 ,同时以最低的成本保证部件的可用度水平。本文结合故障树方法 ,针对所采用的维修工作确定模型 ,主张在考虑不可用度或成本约束的基础上 ,针对关键部件将监视工作与维修工作相结合 ,形成一整套的实施方案 ,对关键部件的维修工作具有一定的指导作用。
Reliability centered maintenance(RCM) is a systematic method for critical components of critical equipment to determine maintenance actions. RCM can identify practicable and effective preventive maintenance actions to prevent main fault reasons of critical components from developing, at the same time it can ensure the availability level of components under the lowest cost. In combination with the fault tree, this model presented in his paper claims that on the basis of unavailability or cost restriction, it can combine surveillance actions with mantenance actions for critical components, thus this set of implementation solution is instructive for determining maintenance actions for critical components.
