当前高等职业院校的生源差异性比以往任何时候都复杂,要求高职院校根据自身特点,有针对性地改进教学管理中的考试制度。高职院校以培养技术技能型人才为目标,必须改变较为单一的传统考试模式,以发展、创新和科学的观点来进行考试制度的改革。既要注重考试内容的体系性、考试方式的多样性,又要注重成绩评定的全面性、考试管理的科学性,从而引导师生探索更为科学合理的教育方法与学习取向。

Because of the irregularity of students, higher vocational colleges should improve the examination system based on the characteristics of colleges. In order to cultivate skilled talents, higher vocational colleges should change the traditional examination mode based on the developmental, innovative and scientific view. The systematization of examination content, the diversity of examination methods, the comprehensiveness of grade evaluation and the scientificity of examination management should all be taken into consideration.
