高职院校采购人员综合素质的培养提高

On Cultivating and Improving Purchasing Staff's Comprehensive Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着高职院校办学规模不断扩大,各项采购工作任务也随之增加,但目前高职院校采购人员存在着职业道德有待加强、采购知识匮乏、业务素质不够等问题。因此,高职院校采购人员应具备良好的思想道德素质、扎实的知识素质和过硬的业务素质,通过建立完善监管激励机制、实行采购人员资格管理并重视采购人员专业培训等途径,不断加强提升采购人员的职业道德、知识水平和专业素质,实现采购人员综合素质的提升。

With the continuous expansion of the scale of higher vocational colleges, the procurement work also increases. According to the problems of the purchasing staff in higher vocational colleges, such as poor occupational ethics, purchasing knowledge and profes sional quality, this paper presents some suggestions. Higher vocational colleges purchasing staff should have good ideological quality, solkt knowledge and strong professional quality. Higher vocational colleges should establish a perfect supervising and incentive mechanism, carry out qualification management, and strengthen purchasing staff training, so as to improve purchasing staffs occu- pational ethics, knowledge and professional quality, and to realize the comprehensive quality improvement of purchasing staff in higher vocational colleges.
