高职院校服务育人体系探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on Service-based Education System in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校的服务育人工作,在整个学生思想政治教育体系中具有举足轻重的作用。目前许多高职院校服务育人制度不够健全,观念认识偏差,学生自我服务能力较差,服务内容、评价机制不够完善,必须从健全育人制度,完善服务育人内容,提高服务育人水平等方面不断探索和实践,充分发挥高职院校服务育人的功能,为学生提供全方位、全过程的服务。

Service-based education is of great h-nportance in the system of students＇ ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. Currently, there are some problems existed in the service-based education in higher vocational colleges. Through the discussion of these problems, this paper presents some strategies, including improve education system and service-based content and promoting service-based education level, etc.
