To study the experiences of science and education kmovation and cooperation ha developed countries is the need for our country＇s science education reform and social economic development. Through the analysis on the cooperation between our country with the USA, the UK, Canada and Japan, this paper discusses some cooperation strategies, so as to provide references for our country＇s science and education innovation and cooperation.
