On the Establishment of the Teaching Quality Monitoring System of "Three Elements and Whole Process"

教学质量是高校生存和发展的基础。构建"三要素、全过程"教学质量监控体系,利用"三要素"——教学质量监控组织、教学质量监控制度、教学质量监控信息技术,对包括人才培养方案、专业建设、教学大纲、教材管理等环节在内的人才培养"全过程"进行监控,可切实提高教学质量。

Teaching quality is the foundation for college to subsist and develop. Establishing the teaching quality monitoring system ofThree Elements and Whole Process, taking advantage of theThree Elements （organization, regulations and information technology） to monitor the whole process of talent training （in-cluding talent training programs, specialty construction, syllabus and textbooks management）, can improve education quality.
