Exploration on the Cultivation Scheme for Foreign Trade Talents Suitable for the Development of China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone

中国(上海)自由贸易区的成立,犹如强劲的改革东风吹遍了中国大地,新一轮的经济改革拉开了序幕。作为地处上海的培养国际贸易人才的国际经济与贸易专业,如何培养适应上海自由贸易区发展需要的新型外贸人才?这是摆在我们面前的新课题。本文通过解读中国(上海)自由贸易区实施方案,并以上海海洋大学国际经济与贸易专业人才培养方案为例,探讨当前我国国际经济与贸易专业人才培养如何与时俱进,与国家经济改革开放同步的问题;探讨培养面向未来受企业欢迎的有用之才。

The establishment of China （Shanghai） Pilot Free Trade Zone was like a strong east wind of reform blowing around China, starting a new round of economic reform. Located in Shanghai, the major of international economy and trade cultivating interna- tional trade talents, should consider how to cultivate new-type foreign trade talents suitable for the development of China （Shanghai） Pilot Free Trade Zone, which is also a new topic con- fronted by us. Through interpreting the implementation scheme of China （Shanghai） Pilot Free Trade Zone, with the talent cultiva- tion scheme of the major of international economy and trade in Shanghai Ocean University, this paper explores how to keep pace with the times as well as the national reform and opening up in the cultivation of talents majoring in international economy and trade, and also discusses the cultivation of useful talents facing the future and favored by enterprises.
