地方高校研究生教育收费和奖助学金管理的探索与实践——以山东科技大学为例

Exploration and Practice on the Tuition Fee and the Management of Scholarship and Grant for Postgraduate Education in Local Universities:A Case Study on Shandong University of Science and Technology

奖助学金制度,是高校全员育人、服务育人的重要载体和手段。教育部规定自2014年实施新的研究生教育收费和奖助学金政策,各高校开展了一系列卓有成效的实践与探索。本文以山东科技大学为例,对研究生收费和奖助制度情况进行综合分析,以便为地方高校研究生奖助制度的进一步完善与优化提供参考。

The scholarship and grant system is an important car-rier and means for whole-staff education and service education in universities. Ministry of Education announced that the new tuition fee and scholarship and grant policy for postgraduate education has been implemented since 2014, consequently, many universi-ties have implemented a series of effective practice and explo-ration. Exemplified by Shandong University of Science and Technology, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the tuition fee and scholarship and grant system for postgraduate ed-ucation, aiming to provide a reference for other local universities to further improve and optimize the system.
