Innovation on Graduate Instructors' Paths to Carry out Ideological and Political Education

随着研究生的不断扩招,研究生的思想政治教育也随之被忽略,如何培养出具有高质量、高素质的研究生高级人才成为现阶段研究生教育的重大难题。本文主要通过分析研究生辅导员参与研究生思想政治教育的必要性及优势,提出了研究生辅导员开展思想政治教育的可行性方案。

With the continuous expansion of enrollment of gradu-ate students, the ideological and political education of graduate students is ignored consequently.How to cultivate high-quality graduate students and senior talents has become the major prob-lem of graduate education at the present stage. Through the anal-ysis of the necessity and advantages of instructors＆#39; participation in ideological and political education of graduate students, this pa-per mainly proposed the feasible plan for graduate instructors to carry out ideological and political education.
