高校新任辅导员在学生工作中“扬长补短”刍议

随着我国高等教育的普及,高校学生人数越来越多,相应的,大量的新任辅导员充实到高校辅导员队伍中来。高校新任辅导员在学生工作中的优势主要有年龄优势、理念优势、方法(平台)优势,劣势主要有知识劣势、经验劣势、信念劣势。高校新任辅导员在学生工作中应该"扬长补短",要努力学习,积极夯实知识基础;认真总结,不断积累工作经验;勇敢历练,真正坚定工作信念。

With the popularization of higher education in our country, more and more students are admitted to colleges and u-niversities. Consequently, more and more counselors appear in colleges and universities. The new recruits among the counselors have both advantages and disadvantages. Their advantages are mainly in age, concept and approach, and their disadvantages are mainly in knowledge, experience and belief. The new recruits a-mong the counselors should work hard to enrich their knowledge, sum up their working experience and strengthen their conviction.
