以职业技能学习为导向的高职院校体育教师职后教育的研究——以上海高职院校教师为例

Research on the In-service Education of Vocational College Sports Teachers Oriented by Vocational Skills Learning: A Case Study on the Teachers from Vocational Colleges in Shanghai

加强教师的职后教育是学校提升师资队伍水平、提高教学质量的必然需要。近年来,高职院校体育教师的职后教育取得了一定的成效,但也存在着种种问题。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等对上海市高职院校体育教师职后教育的必要性进行分析,对目前职后教育的现状,体育教师对参加职后教育的态度、目的、内容、途径、频度上的需求进行调查与研究,提出相应对策。

To improve the level of teaching staff and the quality of teaching, it is necessary to enhance the in-service education of teachers. In recent years, the in-service education of higher vo-cational college sports teachers has achieved certain effects, but there are still various problems. By using literature method, questionnaire method and logical analysis method, this paper an-alyzes the necessity of in-service education for higher vocational college sports teachers in Shanghai City, makes an investigation and research on the current situation of in-service education, the attitudes, purposes, contents, ways and frequency of sports teach-ers to participate in in-service education, and proposes corre-sponding countermeasures.
