论艺术院校大学生创业工作的开展——以南京艺术学院为例

On the Implementation of College Students' Entrepreneurship Work in Art Colleges: A Case Study on Nanjing University of the Arts

艺术院校扩招使得艺术类专业毕业生逐年增加,就业形势日趋严峻,在这样的大背景下,国家鼓励大学生创业,提出"创业带动就业"口号,各艺术院校应积极响应政策号召,做好创业教育,提供创业实践机会,建设创业孵化基地,并及时宣传创业政策,为有创业愿景的学生提供一定的创业帮扶。本文结合南京艺术学院创业工作的实施情况,具体阐述了艺术院校开展大学生创业工作的必要性和相关措施,希望以此推动艺术院校创业工作的开展,营造良好的校园创业氛围。

The enrollment expansion of art colleges increases the number of art graduates and the employment situation becomes more and more severe. In this context, the government encour-ages college students to start a business and puts forward a slogan ＆quot;entrepreneurship can create more employment opportunities＆quot;. Therefore, art colleges should take a positive action in response to the government＆#39;s call. Art colleges must do a good job of en-trepreneurship education, provide entrepreneurship opportunities to practice, construct with the entrepreneurship incubation base, conduct propaganda of entrepreneurship policy, and provide en-trepreneurship assistance to students who have entrepreneurial vision. Combining the actual situation of the work of Nanjing uni-versity of the Arts, the thesis interprets the necessity and the steps of the work that art colleges should do on the college stu-dents entrepreneurship,so that the entrepreneurship work of the art colleges can develop smoothly and we can have a good en-trepreneurship atmosphere at the college.
