Colleges and universities of arts have the advantages in cultural exhibition and performance. It has important significance in opening to public for the cultural venues. It＆#39;s also a question worth exploring. The sustainable development of opening to pub-lic has met some restraining factors. This article discusses and trys to find the way to deal with these restraining factors.
