从设计角度论“鬼城”的前世今生

Analysis on ＂Ghost Towns＂ From the View of Urban Planning and Architecture Design

由于盲目追求规模和速度，中国城市化进程中出现了数量众多的“鬼城”。从建筑、规划设计的角度看，“鬼城”的出现有其特定的历史原因，也造成了巨大的影响。本文从建筑设计从业者的角度出发，认为应通过一系列合理的建筑、规划设计，建设宜居之城，避免造成更多的“鬼城”。

Because of the blind pursuit of scale and speed, a number of ＂ghost town＂ appeared in the Chinese city process. From the aspect of planning and architecture design, ＂ghost towns＂ has its specific characteristics and reasons, which have caused tremendous negative impacts. This article thinks that, from the designer＇s point of view, there should be a series and reasonable architecture and planning design, for a livable city, to avoid to causing more ＂ghost towns＂.
