IGFBP家族基因遗传变异与妇科肿瘤的研究进展

摘要 调节细胞的生长、分化和凋亡,同时影响组织的分化和生长,并起到重要作用。IGF-1和IGF-2在结构上均与胰岛素有着非常高的同源性[1~3]。人以及哺乳动物的所有组织几乎都能合成和分泌IGFs,血清中的IGFs主要是通过肝脏合成和分泌的。肝脏合成和分泌的IGFs进入血液后,通过血液循环被运输到体内各个组织发挥内分泌作用。另外,体内很多组织也都可以合成IGFs,不过这些组织分泌的IGFs并不进入血液,而是在该组织内部发挥自分泌和旁分泌的作用。IGFs通过内分泌、自分泌和旁分泌等途径与细胞表面的膜受体IGF受体特异性结合后,主要通过激活丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)通路和磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激酶B信号(PI3K/Akt)通路这两条细胞内的信号通路,从而发挥生物学功能。
