摘要
在道路运输的过程中,汽车轮胎的运营成本是非常大的,并且大量报废轮胎还会给环境造成严重的影响。近几年,达金物流通过不断探索和实践,创新以宽基轮胎替代重型载货汽车双胎并用的方式,融合信息化在途监控管理系统,在公司重型集装箱车辆上探索实践节能轮胎在重型载货汽车中应用项目前景,积极推进安全、绿色、高效的发展道路。此外,新技术的应用使宽基子午线轮胎相比普通轮胎减少磨损和废弃,延长轮胎使用寿命,降低轮胎使用成本,减少橡胶粉尘和废弃的产生。同时使用宽基子午线轮胎还增大同轴轮胎内侧距离,提高了车辆在负载高速行驶时的稳定性和安全性。
In the process of road transport, the operational costs of car tires is very large, and a lot of scrap tires can also cause serious impact to the envrironment.In recent years,reaching gold. logistics through continuous exploration and prac-tice, innovative alternative to wide-base tires and hesvy duty trucks with twin approach, the integration ot mtorma-tion technology in-transit roonitoring and management system,to explore the practice of saving tires in heavy-duty ve-hicles in the company＇s heavy container goods vehictes prospects application projects, and actively promote safe,green, efficient development. In addition, the application of new technology to make wide-base tire radial tires com-pared to normal wear and reduce the waste,extend tire life and reduce the cost of tires,rubber dust and reduce wastegeneration. While using a wide base tire radial tireds also increses the coaxial inner distance,improves the vehicle at high speeds when the load stability and safety.
