不同阀序工况超超临界汽轮机调节级汽流弯应力数值分析 被引量:5

Numerical Simulation of Steam Bending Stress on Control Stage Blade of an Ultra Supercritical Steam Turbine under Different Valve Open Conditions

摘要 应用ANSYS-CFX商业软件对某超超临界汽轮机带进汽室调节级流场进行三维定常数值模拟,采用插值方法将流场计算得到的动叶壁面静压分布转化为叶片有限元模型表面各个节点的汽流力,计算对比了调节级不同阀序工况下的叶片汽流弯应力。计算结果表明:1阀全开工况、2阀对开工况、2阀顺开工况和3阀全开工况的最大汽流弯应力分别约为4阀全开工况的10倍、3倍、3倍和2倍。 Numerical simulation of three-dimension steady flow of a control stage blade with admission chamber of an ultra supercritical steam turbine is accomplished with the software ANSYS -CFX. Interpolation methods are employed to transform the blade static pressure distribution to the node steam force applied in the blade finite element model, and the steam bending stresses under the different valves open conditions are calculated. The calculated results show that, the maximum steam bending stresses under such conditions as 1 valve fully open, opposite 2 valves open, sequential 2 valves open and 3 valves fully open are 10 times ,3 times ,3 times and 2 times bigger than that under the 4 valves open condition,respectively.
