摘要
600MW超临界汽轮机冷态启动过程中,经过汽轮机中压缸隔热罩的再热蒸汽温度由300℃升至538℃,压力从1MPa升至3.8MPa,所以避免隔热罩在这样不利的环境中受到损坏对于电厂来说是必要的。利用有限元分析软件绘制出中压缸隔热罩模型,接着分析冷态启动工况下温度场,应力场和综合应力场,找出所受到的应力最集中的部位,也就是启动中最危险的部位。
During the 600MW supercritical turbine startup process ,the temperature of the reheat steam passing through the shrouds of pressure cylinder rises from 300℃ to 538℃ ,and its pressure rises from 1MPa to 3.8MPa. So it' s essential for Power Plant to avoid shrouds damaged under the bad settings. This article uses the finite element simulation analysis software to draw the model of the shrouds, and analysis its temperature field, stress field and comprehensive stress field under the conditions of cold startup. Finding out the part with the most concentrated stress ,which is the most dangerous part during the whole startup.
