摘要 针对火电厂中循环水泵不同运行模式间的临界转换条件较难确定的问题,在分析汽轮机、凝汽器和循环水泵特性的基础上,以某300MW的汽轮机发电厂为例,详细阐述了汽轮机通用曲线的全工况拟合方法,并建立通用曲线的数学模型。提出了在负荷一定的条件下,循环水泵不同运行模式时的功率增量与循环水进口温度关系的模型,从而获得了等功率增量曲线,对提高电厂的经济效益具有一定的指导意义。 In view of the problem that it is difficult to determine the critical transferring condition of circulating pump among different operating modes, on the basis of the analysis of steam turbine, condenser and circulating pump, a 300MW steam turbine power unit was taken as an example, and the method of fitting turbine general curve on full work conditions was elaborated, then the mathematical model of general curve was established. Under certain load conditions, the model of power increment with the circulating water inlet temperature is proposed when circulating water pump operate in different mode, then we get the equal power increment curve, which has a certain guiding significance to improve the economic benefit of power plant.
