摘要
某电厂600MW机组存在临界转速下高中压转子相对轴振过大、工作转速下高中压转子相对轴振偏高问题以及高中压缸胀差变化问题。通过分析实测振动数据,诊断高中压转子临界转速及工作转速下相对轴振偏大原因为转子存在严重的一阶质量不平衡,采用现场高速动平衡技术,使机组振动达到优良水平。此外,诊断高中压缸胀差变化的原因是传感器失效所致,现场检查验证了故障诊断的正确性。
The shaft vibration of HIP rotor for 600MW unit of one power plant has been seriously exceeded standard at critical speed and rated speed. Meanwhile, the differential expansion of high pressure cylinder was varying. By analyzing the vibration data, diagnosing the failure cause is that there is serious first-order mass imbalance. Through adopting field dynamic balancing method, the HIP rotor vibration has been controlled to a satisfied level. In addition, the reason that the differential expansion of high pressure cylinder changed was sensor invalid. Field inspection has verified the accuracy of fault diagnosis.
