摘要
汽轮机在部分负荷时的调节配汽特性不仅影响轴系稳定性,而且还影响机组运行经济性。该文以某电厂660MW超临界机组为例,应用CFD技术,建立了调节级叶片汽流力计算模型,并分别对原阀序和优化阀序进行了不平衡汽流力与轴承载荷的分析计算,并在机组运行中得到了应用。
The characteristics of steam distribution system of a steam turbine under part - load conditions will affect not only the rotor system stability of the unit but also the economy. The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model to calculate the steam force of governor stage for a 660 MW supercritical turbine unit is set up. And uneven steam force and bearing load was calculated for the original valve sequence and optimization of valve order. The mode had been used for some practical turbine units.
