Adhere to Positive Policy of Attracting Foreign Investment

外资政策是我国经济政策的重要组成部分。当前,复杂的外部经济环境给我国对外开放带来了新的机遇和严峻的挑战。在国际外资政策不断演变的趋势下,我国要维持吸收外资发展经济的优势,必须相应地对外资政策作出调整,要尽快地适应形势的变化,但"肯定式"的引资政策依然应作为我国对外开放的主导政策。

Policies about Foreign investment are an important component of China's economic policies. At present,complicated economic environment of the world offers China new opportunities and severe chanllenges. In order to keep advantages in attracting forreign capital, China must, adapting itself to the new change, adjust its policy toward foreign investment, in which positive policy of atttracting foreign investment remains a dominant policy in China's opening to outside world.
