摘要
利用有限元软件建立12/8极开关磁阻电动机的二维电磁模型,分析了转子静态偏心时定子极下气隙磁密和径向力随电流的变化规律;建立定子三维模型进行模态分析,得到电机振型和固有频率,进而分析了转子静态偏心时定子所受径向力随转子位置角的变化曲线,并对径向力进行频谱分析,揭示了径向力与电机振动的关系,为开关磁阻电动机振动和噪声的抑制奠定了基础。
Two- dimensional electromagnetic model of switched reluctance motor was established by the finite element software,and the changing rule of the eccentric air- gap flux density under static stator pole and the radial force with the current were analyzed. Mode frequencies and mode of vibration were calculated by the 3D model of stator. The relationship between radial force under the rotor eccentricity and vibration was analyzed with the position angle of rotor. The spectrum analysis of radial force reveals the relationship between the radial force and motor vibration. These lay the foundation for the suppression of vibration and noise.
