摘要
对一种异极性径向磁轴承进行了研究,该型磁轴承由于永磁磁极未有主动控制,导致位移副刚度增大,降低了磁轴承的悬浮性能。对参数进行比较分析,根据比较结果优化设计轴承参数,降低永磁磁极对悬浮性能的影响。设计了径向悬浮力400 N的原理样机,进行了二维仿真分析,结果表明,性能分析正确,参数优化合理,磁轴承悬浮性能优良。
A permanent magnetic biased radial magnet bearing( PHRMB) was studied. As permanent magnet pole control is passive,its displacement stiffness is high and the levitation performance is bad. The parameters were optimized by comparative analysis,and the influence of permanent magnet pole was decreased. The experimental prototype of 400 N was designed. The 2- D magnetic field simulation was carried out. The simulation results show that the performance analysis is proper,the parameter optimization is rational,and the levitation performance is good.
