摘要
目的探讨经超声光散射成像系统(DOT)初筛的BI-RADS 4级患者联合弹性成像(UE)的诊断价值。方法 82例DOT诊断为BI-RADS 4级的乳腺病变,根据其弹性评分对BI-RADS分级进行调整,绘制ROC曲线,比较调整前和调整后的分级。结果 82例病灶中,良性病灶43个,恶性病灶39个。调整后BI-RADS分级诊断4级乳腺病变的ROC曲线下面积为0.853,明显高于调整前的0.612 9(Z=7.210,P<0.000 1)。结论 DOT诊断出的BI-RADS 4级乳腺病变联合UE后可明显提高乳腺恶性病变的诊断准确性。
Objective To investigate the value ofdiffused optical tomography(DOT)combined with ultrasound elastography(UE)in diagnosing BI-RADS 4breast lesions.Methods The corrected classification based on the grading of DOT and the semi-quantitative grading of elasticity,ROC analysis,comparison of BI-RADS classification and corrected BI-RADS classification were applied in 82 patients with BI-RADS 4breast lesions.Results There were 43 benign lesions and 39 malignant lesions.The area under ROC curve of correction BI-RADS classification in the diagnosis of breast cancer was 0.853,and it was significantly higher than 0.612 of the BI-RADS classification(Z=7.210,P〈0.000 1).Conclusion DOT combined with UE can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of the BI-RADS 4breast lesions.
