摘要
2#造气系统配有6台造气炉,但因吹风气余热回收装置积灰过多,近年来只能回收其中4台炉的吹风气,导致粉尘含量超标严重、蒸汽产量降低。针对该问题,依据增加燃烧炉燃烧空间、选用专利技术以提高设备使用寿命的思路进行改造,成功解决了该问题。改造后,2#造气系统可回收6台造气炉全部吹风气,可多产蒸汽5 t/h,1年内即可收回全部投资。
2# gasification system is equipped with 6 gasifiers, because there is too much dust gathered in blow gas waste heat recovery system, only blow gas from 4 gasifiers can be recovered in recent years, causing the dust content to excess the regulation standard seriously, and reducing steam output.In connection with the problem, renovation is carried out according to ideas of increasing combustion space in furnace, selecting patented technology to extend service life of equipment, the problem is solved successfully.After the revamp, 2# gasification system can recover blow gas of all 6 gasifiers, steam yield increases 5 t/h, and total invest can be recovered within 1 year.
