针对脱盐水热力除氧装置在生产运行过程中出现的高压给水泵返回管线剌漏、备用泵暧泵用除氧水直排、除氧后闪出蒸汽直接放空、污油外漏等问题,进行原因分析并提出相应整改措施。整改措施实施后,使安全生产和环保方面都得到了很大改善,综合效益显著。

In connection with problems in production run of desalt water thermal deaeration unit, such as pitting leakage at recycle pipeline for high pressure feed water pump, discharge directly of deoxygenizing water used for spare pump warming up, directly evacuated of flash steam after deoxygenizing, and effluent oil leakage, the causes are analyzed and relevant rectification measures are proposed.After implementing renovation measures, the aspects of safety production and environmental protection are improved remarkably, having significant comprehensive benefits.
