Sum-Up of Trial Operation of Synthetic Ammonia Plant by Coke Oven Gas

介绍了100 kt/a焦炉煤气、甲醇弛放气制合成氨项目的工艺流程、技术指标,简述了焦炉煤气变压吸附(PSA)提氢系统在38%左右负荷下的试运行情况。试运行结果表明,焦炉煤气PSA提氢系统各项运行指标都符合设计要求,达到了预期目标。针对试运行过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的处理措施。

A description is given of the process and technical indexes of 100 kt/a synthetic ammonia by coke oven gas and methanol purge gas project, and a brief account is given of trial operation situation of pressure swing adsorption （ PSA） hydrogen extracting from coke oven gas system at about 38% load.Trial operation results show that all operating indicators of coke oven gas PSA hydrogen extraction system accord with the design demands, achieving expected goal.In connection with problems in trial operation, relevant handling measures are proposed.
