摘要
根据石灰预热器加料室的工作原理,建立了不同结构形式的加料室有限元模型,利用计算流体动力学软件Fluent对不同结构的加料室进行仿真模拟,得到了不同加料室内部烟气的分布状况,同时分析了不同加料室结构对烟气流场的影响,从而为优化出相对合理、节能的加料室提供数据依据。
In this paper,according to operation principles of the preheater feeding room,a finite element model of different structural style feeding room was built. On the simulation analysis of heat transfer field of different structural style feeding room based on computational fluid dynamics software Fluent,the distribution of velocity field and temperature field in feeding room was obtained. And the influences on the velocity field and temperature field of the feeding room structure were analyzed.
