转基因抗虫抗除草剂棉花对多异瓢虫捕食棉蚜功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】为了评价转Bt Cry1Ac+CP4EPSPS基因棉花对多异瓢虫捕食功能的影响,开展了此次研究。【方法】以转Bt Cry1Ac+CP4EPSPS基因抗虫抗除草剂棉花639017及非转基因棉花中棉所49号为材料,研究了多异瓢虫Hippodamiavariegata(Goeze)对转基因棉花上棉蚜Aphis gossypii Glover的捕食功能反应。【结果】多异瓢虫各龄幼虫和成虫的捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ型圆盘方程,取食转基因棉花与非转基因棉花上的棉蚜,多异瓢虫的功能反应差异不显著。【结论】转Bt Cry1Ac+CP4EPSPS基因抗虫抗除草剂棉花对多异瓢虫捕食功能没有显著的影响。 [ Objective ] In order to evaluate the effect of transgenic cotton expressing Bt CrylAc + CP4EPSPS Genes on ladybird beetle Hippodamia variegata which preyed on the Aphis gossypii ,the experiment was carried out. [ Method] The functional response of different stages of Hippodamia variegata to Aphis gossypii which feeds on transgenic cotton expressing Bt CrylAc + CP4EPSPS genes and non - transgenic cotton were studied in laboratory. [ Result] Results showed that the functional response of the adults and larvae of Hippodamia variegata to the density of Aphis gossypii fitted well with Holling Ⅱ model, and no significant differences were found between transgenic and non -transgenic cottons. [ Conclusion] This kind of transgenic cotton had no adverse effect on Hippodamia variegata preying on Aphis gossypii.
