小花棘豆生物碱体内抗菌活性研究 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】研究小花棘豆总生物碱的体内抗菌活性。【方法】分别腹腔注射和皮肤感染金黄色葡萄球菌及化脓链球菌建立小鼠感染模型,皮肤感染组以皮肤细胞修复和炎性细胞浸润为评价指标,腹腔注射组以小鼠存活率为评价指标,观察不同剂量小花棘豆生物碱对感染小鼠的治疗作用。并对正常小鼠灌胃小花棘豆生物碱,观察7 d内的毒性反应。【结果】小花棘豆生物碱具有较好的抗菌活性。其保护金黄色葡萄球菌和化脓链球菌感染小鼠的ED50分别为10.38和14.51 mg/kg,小花棘豆生物碱对正常小鼠的LD50为1 644.3 mg/kg,对金黄色葡萄球菌和化脓链球菌的化疗指数分别为158.4和113.3;皮肤感染组小花棘豆生物碱的治愈率高于对照组。【结论】小花棘豆生物碱对金黄色葡萄球菌和化脓链球菌具有较强的抗菌作用,具有一定的应用前景。 [ Objective]To evaluate the in vivo antibacterial activities of total alkaloids in Oxytropis glabra DC. [ Method] The mice general infection models were established by intraperitoneal and skin injecting Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus uberis, the status of skin cytothesis reaoir and inflammatory cell infiltrate was detected with skin histological test, survival rate of mice was detected with intraperitoneal test. And the protective effects of total alkaloidst in O. glabra DC which administered intragastically against the infected mice were investigated. After single intragastric dosing, the toxic symptoms and the number of deaths of azithromycin fumarate were observed for 7 days in normal mice. [ Result] The result showed that total alkaloids of O. glabra DC in mice had fairly bacteriostasis for Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus uberis, the EDso values of total alkaloids in 0. glabra DC in mice infected by Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus uberis were 10.38 mg/kg and 14.51 mg/kg, the LDs0 values of total alkaloids in O. glabra DC administered intragasticaUy was 1 644.3 mg/kg in normal mice, the chemotherapeutic index of total alkaloids in O. glabra DC were 158.4 and 113.3 in mice infected by Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus uberis. The healing rate was significantly higher in treatment group than that in the control. [ Conclusion ] Total alkaloids of O. glabra DC had obvious bacteriostasis effect for Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus uberis, which had favourable applied perspective.
