综合护理干预对乳房切除患者围术期心理状况的影响

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the psychological status of patients with breast resection in the perioperative period

目的:探讨综合护理干预对乳房切除患者围术期心理状况的影响。方法:将我院收治的66例需乳房切除治疗患者利用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各33例,其中对照组实施常规护理措施,研究组则实施围手术期综合护理干预方案。两组患者手术前后均接受Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)测评,并做好对比。结果:两组患者入院当天SDS和SAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后第3天的SDS和SAS评分均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对乳房切除患者围术期开展综合护理干预能够提高患者心理耐受性,并减缓负性情绪,取得满意临床效果。

Objective：To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the psychological status of patients With breast resection in the perioperative period. Methods：66 patients Who Would receive mastectomy in our hospital Were randomly divided into the study group and the control group（33 cases in each group）. The routine nursing care Was taKen in the control group and the comprehen_sive nursing intervention Was implemented in the perioperative period in the study group. The patients′ conditions Were evaluated by using SDS and SAS and compared betWeen the tWo groups before and after operation. Results：There Were no statistically significant differences in the comparison of the scores of SDS and SAS of the patients betWeen the tWo groups on the day of admission（P ＆gt; O. O5）;the SDS and SAS scores of the patients Were loWer in the study group than the control group on the 3rd day after operation（P ＆lt; O. O5）. Conclusion：The com_prehensive nursing intervention implemented in the perioperative period can improve the patient’s psychological tolerance and mitigate their negative emotion.
