围术期护理干预在肝胆外科合并糖尿病患者手术中的应用

Application of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with hepatobiliary operation combined with diabetes

目的:探讨围术期护理干预在肝胆外科合并糖尿病患者手术中的应用效果。方法:将200例肝胆外科合并糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施围术期护理干预。比较两组患者护理效果。结果:两组手术成功率均为100%,无一例患者死亡。观察组患者相关知识知晓率为91.00%,显著高于对照组71.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意率为100%,显著高于对照组83.00%(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发病率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肝胆外科合并糖尿病患者进行围术期护理干预,可有效控制患者血糖,降低患者术后并发症发生率,提高其生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the application effect of perioperative nursing intervention in patients With hepatobiliary operation combined With diabetes. Methods：2OO patients With hepatobiliary operation combined With diabetes Were randomly divided into the observa_tion group and the control group（1OO cases in each group）. The routine nursing care Was given to the patients in the control group and the perioperative nursing intervention Was implemented in the observation group. The nursing effect Was compared betWeen the tWo groups. Re_sults：The success rate of operation Was 1OO﹪ and no patients died. The patient’s aWareness rate of health KnoWledge Was 91﹪ in the ob_servation group and significantly higher than 71﹪ in the control group（P ＆lt; O. O5）;the satisfaction rate（1OO﹪ ）Was significantly higher in the observation group than that（83﹪ ）in the control group（P ＆lt; O. O5）;the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group Was significantly loWer than that in the control group（P ＆lt; O. O5）. Conclusion：The perioperative nursing intervention can effectively control blood sugar of the patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve their quality of life.
