摘要目的：探讨结构化干预对居家压疮患者照顾者的影响。方法：将32例居家Ⅱ~Ⅳ期压疮患者的照顾者随机分为干预组和对照组各16例，对照组采用传统单一的压疮健康指导方法，干预组采用结构化干预，比较两组干预效果。结果：两组干预后心理状况、生活质量、照顾压力比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜ O. O5）。结论：结构化干预可调整居家压疮患者照顾者的心理状态，提高生活质量，缓解照顾压力。
