基于柔性管理的五年制高职教学质量监控体系构建校本化研究

摘要 我国五年制高职教育教学质量监控体系存在体制性问题,必须加以解决,特别是教学质量监控体系构建方面存在的问题。改变刚性管理方式、革新监控制度与质量评估考核办法、完善教学效果分析体系等举措能够完善五年制高职教学质量监控体系,促进体系校本化构建,提高教学质量。 Problems in the five-year higher vocational teaching quality monitoring system need to be solved, especially the one with its construction. Measures such as changing the rigid management method, reforming the monitoring system and quality evaluation method, and perfecting the teaching effect analysis system can improve the five-year higher vocational teaching quality monitoring system and its school-based construction as well as the teaching quality.
