摘要
本文从提高职业学校学生素养的角度,以宿迁中等专业学校为研究对象,探索提高职业学校高素养人才培养模式,构建了科学规范的高素养人才培养计划"。学校实施"模拟德育学分银行",构建德育考核新模式;实行学校管理三级量化管理方法,构建二级管理新模式;强化技能文化环境熏陶,构建高技能人才培养体系等措施有效促进了中职学生成人成才。
This essay takes secondary vocational schools in Suqian as the subjects of study, explores high quality talent training mode in vocational schools and scientifically constructs the high quality talent training plan which includes undertaking simulated moral credit bank to construct new moral evaluation mode; carrying out three-grade management to construct new management mode; strengthening skill cultural and environment influence to construct high quality skilled talents training system.
