摘要 经过自动生胶准备系统(ARP)中破碎机的破碎,35 kg/块标准天然胶可被破碎成50-200 g/块小块,更有利于在密炼机内的混炼和吃料,使混炼更快更均匀,密炼过程由此可以达到最佳。小粒度的生胶缩短了吃料时间,提高了密炼填充系数,提高了炼胶产能。 Through Automatic Rubber Preparation (ARP) system, 35kg bale natural rubber can beshredded into pieces with 50-200 g, which are favorable for the mixer during the mixing and feeding. Shredded rubber enables faster and more homogenous mixing and can achieve best mixing quality. The small shredded rubber granule can reduce feeding time, improve mixing filling ratio and increase productivity.
