摘要
当今社会医患矛盾突出,提高医生的法律修养十分重要和必要。法律修养是法制知识、职业素养、价值观、行为和关系的积累,属于隐性课程范畴。本文以泸州医学院麻醉学专业学生为例,对其医事法律隐性课程教育现状进行剖析,以期能为具体实施医事法律课程改革提供实证参考,探讨改进对学生法律修养产生影响的隐性课程的教学方法。
It is important and necessary to improve doctors# legal culture with the more prominent contradiction between doctors and patients. Legal culture, belonging to hidden curriculum, is the accumulation of legal knowledge, professional quality, value, behavior and relation. In this article, the author takes anesthesiology students in Luzhou Medical College as an example, analyzes the current situation of medical law hidden curriculum education, expecting to provide empirical reference for the specific implementation of curriculum reform of medical law, and explore teaching methods of hidden curriculum to improve students# legal culture.
